TRAIN YOUR HORSE

Imagine having your own horse, feeding him, walking him, making him run, preparing him for a race for ten days, 2 weeks, 3 weeks or a month while enjoying complete serenity and the true heaven on earth. Local district horse racing, one of the main three events of Naadam, besides wrestling and archery will begin at the same time as the national holiday, July 11.

Training will take about a month before the race. If you do not have a month to train your horse in person, you have a choice to monitor the training virtually after you pick your horse for however many days you would like. We can either update you via Zoom or other any video communication application or leave you video messages daily about what we did.

We have two horse training locations, one in Selenge and the other is in Sukhbaatar province, although this year only Sukhbaatar province location is available.

Sukhbaatar province is about 284 miles from Ulaanbaatar. We will pick you up from the airport in Ulaanbaatar, have you stay in a hotel for a day so you can unwind and pick you up the next morning after breakfast.

Training site is about 10 kilometers from the district center, although it will be off-the-grid, phone service and internet will be available.

You will stay in your yurt alone. Meals will be prepared and served 3 times a day and your favorite snacks in between. Our yurts are furnished with a comfortable bed, Mongolian traditional chest, small table, a couple of small stools, cupboard and closet. There will be a bio-toilet and a travel shower.

THE QUESTION is are you ready and prepared to handle it?
